Abstract

This thesis microbial oil obtained by fermentation, and then using the oxidation method on the microbial oil was modified to obtain the oil-based lubricating base oil of the modified microorganisms, and then with the microemulsion method Schiff base synthesis and dispersed in the modified base oil lubricant additives and Schiff base copper complex, to obtain a new lubricating oil. Prepared microbial oil-based lubricating base oil process, first establish a rapid detection of bacterial cells in fat content and composition of the method, this method is the small amount of wet cells after microwave pretreatment, directly esterified, generated by gas chromatography analysis of the methyl ester to detect bacterial cells grease content and fatty acid composition. Then apply this method to filter out a better performance of the oil-producing bacteria from six kinds of tested strains and transmission electron microscopy analysis, namely deep Mortierella (Mortierella isabellina CGMCC 3.3410). And study its growth and production of oil performance, its expanded culture, wherein grease is extracted and purified. Also from oil and grease plant wastewater since sieve an oil-producing bacteria as an alternative oil-producing bacteria were identified as Mycobacterium genus, its oil production under different culture conditions. The test results show that created the rapid detection of bacteria in grease method precision, accuracy and reliability. In this detection method, microwave pretreatment can significantly increase the bacteria in the oil extraction rate and scanning electron microscopy analysis to visualize the effect of microwave; microwave intensity 600W, 2min methyl esterification reaction time 2h than good; wet bacteria quality range of 0.1g ~ 1.0g, and with a good linear relationship between the amount of oil extracted. The test results showed that the the microbial oil purified after oxidation reforming, can significantly reduce the iodine value, and therefore significantly improves the stability of the modified lubricating base oil. SEM analysis showed that the modified microbial oil as the lipophilic phase, anhydrous ethanol was used as the hydrophilic phase, the Span80 and petroleum sulfonate as emulsifier, iso-octanol to the preparation of the microemulsion of the W / O type, as cosolvent in which the in situ Synthesis and dispersing salicylaldehyde ethylenediamine Schiff base and Schiff base complex copper (II) complex as an additive, the experimental results show that the modified microorganisms, the dispersibility and stability of the oil-based lubricants. The top surface of the milling spot, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) analysis of the four-ball test, confirmed that the the the top worn surface involved in the role of the modified lubricants generated selective transfer of the copper particles, is conducive to wear the surface of the self-repairing.
