Abstract


The revenge of nature has a serious impact on human and sustainable development of the city . May 12, 2008 , the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan , China , countless people lost their lives and homes , this tragic scene brings us to a serious problem : the city should be the face of a natural disaster , what should we how to build a beautiful home ? in a second fight with nature , we have deep understanding to the planning and construction of reasonably efficient urban open space , is a human response to effective urban disaster , the topic is this the study , carried out in the background . In this paper, the status quo of China 's open space research , in-depth discussion and summary papers need to be addressed , and on this basis : how to choose the open space as a city shelter ? How to use technical means to achieve open space the choice of the target , the affected people quickly and reasonably allocated to different open space ? disaster prevention capability of the open space in the area have been built , and how to evaluate and make planning alterations ? proposed in order to solve the above problems This paper collection Xindu old Town Guihu area fundamental spatial data , and research as follows : First , according to the distribution of the population density of the region's population evenly distributed to each building ; then expounded the location of the open space influence factor, obtained through the implementation of the buffer analysis method and a computer program , the layout of the open space in the region ; then each building , according to the time of the open space inlet quantitatively calculated Area range of services for each open space ; Finally, the evaluation of the refuge open space to guide the planning and management of urban open space . Analysis and evaluation of the calculated results , combined with the reality test , it should be said that the results of these studies have a positive impact and favorable reference to the role of urban disaster planning .
