Abstract

Our country to the city subway, tunnels and large underground construction of urban underground space is in a period of large-scale development and utilization, however, due to the lack of comprehensive evaluation of multi-hazard safety, resulting in the construction of unreasonable or even at a loss, the first built after the change phenomenon have occurred, these phenomena show that in the beginning of the construction comprehensive evaluation of the safety of the multi-hazard, be balanced. How to scientific, rational assessment of the safety level of urban underground space under the influence of natural disasters, various human and non-human accidents, and possible terrorist attacks and other disasters, to establish a set of scientific, systematic and operability of the evaluation criteria and methods is an urgent need to study and solve problems. The safety factors of urban underground space is divided into two aspects of the hazard and underground space disaster performance, combined with the characteristics of urban underground space, frequency analysis, theoretical analysis and analytic hierarchy process method of combining the impact of urban underground space security a variety of indicators to analyze and compare, choose a higher frequency and highly targeted indicators, initially established a set of urban underground space multi-hazard safety comprehensive evaluation index system. On this basis, obtain expert advice, to adjust the indicators enable the establishment of a more systematic index system and perfect. The establishment of urban underground space multi-hazard evaluation index system based on the analysis of a variety of evaluation methods, the choice of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of urban underground space safety evaluation, and the use of AHP to determine the weight of each index, a clear Urban Underground Space Security judge the relative importance of the indicators, making the evaluation of the safety of urban underground space more focused. Through the above analysis, the main results obtained in this paper are: (1) on the characteristics of urban underground space disaster and hazard analysis, put forward the idea of ??urban underground space is based on the comprehensive evaluation of the consequences of innovation. Selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of the consequences of ideas under the guidance of the urban underground space multi-hazard safety evaluation index, and the eventual establishment of evaluation index system. (2) the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban underground space security multi-hazard safety. Taking full account of each hazard on the basis of frequency analysis, theoretical analysis and analytic hierarchy index system for the optimization of the screening and classification, and ultimately by the experts to investigate the improvement of the indicators. (3) study of urban underground space multi-hazard safety assessment method. Compared through the analysis of a variety of evaluation methods, the establishment of urban underground space multi-hazard safety evaluation index system based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of urban underground space safety evaluation. (4) establish the index system and evaluation method selected exemplary validation. The verification results show that: the index system established in this paper is feasible and effective; evaluation of underground space, consider only single-hazard evaluation method is not comprehensive, you should consider the combined effect of the hazard of underground space.
