Abstract


This thesis purports to reveal the general laws of design process and brings forward and solve two problems-"what’s Concept?","how to conceive Concept?" mainly around the "Concept"-Theme and "Strategy"-View,for clues to the development context of Design process.For "what’s Concept?",the thesis answers base on the bringing forward and defining of "Textualized Concept" and "Formalized Concept".Specifically discuss the Differences\Relationship\Transform ways\Expression of the two kinds of concept and to some degree investigate the relationship problem between form and text\writing and designing\thought and architecture and so on.For "how to conceive Concept?",the thesis respectively discusses "the conceived strategy of "lextualized Concept’ that is based on ’language Logical Thinking’" and "the conceived strategy of ’Formalized Concept’ on ’Abstract Graphic’" In the level of the Textualized Concept,Specifically expound four kinds of strategy such as Extreme Strategy of Concept\Negative Strategy of Concept\Vague Strategy of Concept\Inexperienced Strategy of Concept.In the level of the Formalized Concept, mainly expound a series of the generated strategy of Formalized Concept around the "geometry-space relationship construction","material-substance relationship construction",and "nature-Environment relationship construction".At last,the thesis makes a reflection and summary to the "Instrumentality", "Qualitative","Level","Reason" of Concept,expect to further clarify the character and position of concept in Architecture Design,and emphasize the necessity of that rationally using means of the "concept and instinct",fully respecting the inherent law of Architecture Process.
