Abstract


In recent years, rural road construction accelerated , increasing traffic volume makes rural road pavement performance decreases rapidly , seriously affecting people's normal travel. At present , China's rural road maintenance rely mainly on experience, coupled with the lack of maintenance funds , resulting in most of the rural road to take \In this paper, for rural road maintenance evaluation and decision-making were systematically studied . Based on field surveys of disease data , traffic data and deflection data , using a comprehensive evaluation method for rural road pavement performance evaluation ; typical pavement performance and decay equation parameters were corrected for rural road pavement decay equation . Combines gray theory and Markov law on rural road asphalt and cement concrete pavement performance prediction . Proposed rural road asphalt and cement concrete pavement maintenance decision trees , and using sort and multi-objective 0-1 linear programming network -level conservation decisions were studied, based on genetic algorithms for solving multi-objective 0-1 linear programming to optimize maintenance funds At last, the best preventive maintenance of rural roads timing of implementation and best practices were analyzed .
