Abstract


In the modern economic life, construction has become a pillar industry and forerunner drawing industry of economic development, the healthy development of the construction industry has a vital significance in China’s economic development. This article selects the earliest established construction company--Hunan Construction Engineering Group for research object, and Systematically studied its financing efficiency and financing strategies.The paper made a theoretical analysis for corporate about the financing efficiency and financing strategies first, then, based on the thick theory,this paper introduced the DEA model which selected suitable for construction group financing efficiency analysis, Then the financing strategies at home and abroad, and the example is analyzed, draw from examples of construction group enlightenment. Through the front discussed and analyzed. The next, this article designed Hunan Construction Engineering Group the financing efficiency of evaluation system, choosing DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of its financing with the data within the group of 12 years. It obtained that most of the period, capital input-output structure of Hunan Construction Engineering Group did not achieve the maximum efficiency, and funding has not been a valid application. That is the financing efficiency of the Hunan Construction Engineering Group is not high, and there is some large difference among different branches on the efficiency of the financing. Also, Hunan Construction Engineering Group constantly balancing all aspects of business development, productivity index has had its ups and downs, and the ending result is that no significant has change in total factor productivity, or even declined slightly. It did not reach the optimal size of a more stable state, and input-output ratio to be optimized. Analysis results show that what lead to this situation is some disadvantages on business management level. Finally, Combined with the empirical results and The influence factors of financing strategy, this paper puts forward three pathways of improving the financing efficiency based on the influence factors of financing strategy, and established a mechanism of improving enterprise financing efficiency. In order to effectively improve the financing efficiency of Hunan Construction Engineering Group, and brought other construction enterprises the reference.
