Abstract

Background ultrasound speckle tracking imaging (STI) technology is a new technology, the newly developed ultrasonic cardiogram it by tracking the organizational structure of smaller than the wavelength of the ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasound imaging, ultrasonic backscatter dot information from multiple directions to evaluate left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of different segments. Objective to explore the ultrasound speckle tracking imaging (STI) detection of ischemia in patients with coronary artery disease myocardial movement change application value. Methods applying the technology of STI coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and healthy volunteers was detected in 35 cases, 18 segment method is used to sampling of the left ventricular myocardial longitudinal strain and radial displacement, the comparative analysis of coronary heart disease group and ischemia segmental coronary artery stenosis (75% or higher) and control group differences corresponding segment. Result in 18 sampling site, there are 16 parts of ischemic myocardial longitudinal strain CHD group was significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05, or P lt; 0.01), 12 areas of ischemia myocardium radial displacement is significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05, or P lt; 0.01). Conclusion ischemic myocardial longitudinal strain and radial displacement is reduced obviously, technology STI can better detect.
