Abstract


Purpose : by explore Yupingfengsan of the the aging skin immune function and mechanism for Yupingfengsan the delay skin aging and promote the application of the law of the Qi solid form to provide a theoretical basis ; provide new ways of prevention of skin aging ; future anti-skin aging the development of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a theoretical basis . Methods: rat is photoaging models medication groups with different doses ( Astragalus , Atractylodes and windproof proportion of respectively 3/1/1 , 2/2/1 and 1/1/2 ) were given Yupingfengsan to decoction . Determination of skin the HYP content analysis of the impact of aging rats, collagen content Yupingfengsan ; determination of rat thymus index , analysis of the impact of aging rats immune organ ; HE staining of the skin , to observe the changes in the organizational structure of the skin ; epidermal LC and Ia antigen expression immunohistochemical staining , observed changes in epidermal LC . Results: the three Yupingfengsan dose group could increase photoaging model rat HYP content to reduce inflammatory cell infiltration , reduce vasodilation , inhibition of sebaceous hyperplasia , dermal papilla increased collagen fibers were restored ; able different the improved rat thymus index ; increase the number of epidermal LC and Ia antigen expression , compared with the model group , Yupingfengsan groups epidermal LC number of more , arranged in more regular appearance of dendritic persists . Conclusion: composed of different proportions of Yu Ping Feng San can improve the immune function of aging rats , enhanced the aging rats UV radiation resistance ability to play its delay skin aging . On the whole, Astragalus, Atractylodes and windproof ratio of 1/1/2 group role is weak , the ratio of 3/1/1 2/2/1 group role significantly .
