Abstract


Objective: To observe the top three Fumai clinical efficacy and heart rate turbulence Coronary heart disease premature ventricular contractions , and explore its mechanism . Methods: 66 heart -kidney in patients with coronary heart premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into two groups , 33 cases in each group . The two groups were given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease , the treatment group were given the top three Fumai soup oral control group to give Wenxinkeli oral . Course of 4 weeks . The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment , dynamic electrocardiogram premature times , heart rate shocks and changes in safety indicators . Results: The treatment of premature ventricular contractions total efficiency of 60.6% , the total efficiency of the control group was 57.6% , the two groups showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) between two groups of 24h Holter premature ventricular contractions after treatment showed no significant differences (P> 0.05); treatment group improved TCM symptoms total effective rate was 87.9% , the control group, the total effective rate was 69.7% , the difference was significant ( P <0.05 ) ; treatment group and control group in improving ECG lead ST segment each depress the lead number ( NST ) , ST segment depression amplitude , and ( ΣST ) , T wave change the number of leads (NT) equivalent between the two groups was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; after treatment, the heart rate shock there is a certain improvement between the two groups turbulence onset (TO), turbulence slope (TS) changes in the value of a significant difference ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion: 1 , the top three fumai soup heart yin kidney coronary artery disease and premature ventricular contractions in patients with clinical symptoms , ECG ischemic changes , premature ventricular contractions , etc. there were significant improvements in improving clinical symptoms than the control group . 2 , the top three Fumai soup can significantly improve coronary heart premature ventricular contractions the HRT phenomenon in patients with abnormal situation , to improve the state of autonomic nervous system dysfunction of the heart in patients with coronary heart disease , and this may be one of the mechanisms of its anti - ventricular arrhythmias .
