Methods: Street Community Health Center in Huangpu District, half-Sung Park gynecology clinic from July 2007 to December 2008, all non-household women of childbearing age, excluding referral women, a total of 430 cases. Unified design of the survey carried out for all subjects. Describe the object of general, pregnancy history of contraception. Choice of contraceptive methods, both parties decided to 64.8%; women, I decided that accounted for 24.3%; another 4.7% by the man decided; 6.2% required by the planning department. On the means of access to contraceptives, 90.3% of unmarried through purchase get free access to only 9.7%. 71.3% of women are satisfied with the contraceptive methods taken below the other findings, the single factor analysis of the satisfaction of the different methods of contraception. Multivariate analysis revealed that the possibility of higher than the frequency of abortion and contraception, abortion 2 times or more, (OR = 2.367); increase with age, the possibility of choosing the IUD (OR = 1.804); the contraceptive methods determined by the woman herself proportion also increased (OR = 1.136); the original domicile possibility to choose the IUD rural than urban (OR = 3.047); without industry the possibility of contraception was significantly lower than in industry ( OR = 0.307). Unified design of the survey carried out for all subjects. Describe research objects contraceptive knowledge and attitude score, univariate analysis using t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis, multivariate analysis using binary Logistic regression model. Results: Knowledge Questionnaire total score of 12 points, 430 subjects were contraceptive knowledge score mean of 7.17 ± 2.65 points, the highest score of 12 points, the lowest of 0; 52.8% of women who agree with the attitude of unmarried cohabitation; survey in 65.1% of the women had access to contraceptive knowledge; 84.7% of women want to learn more about this knowledge; 86.7% of women are happy with professionals to conduct face-to-face consultation.
