Abstract


Brothel Literature in the Chinese literary tradition has a status that should not be underestimated . For drastic changes in the current situation to the late Qing Dynasty , the brothel novel is unusually prosperous , this situation can not be ignored . After reading the text , the image of women in the novels of the late Qing Dynasty brothel equally in the event of a huge change . Modernity unfolded quietly in their body . This thesis, the collection of the late Qing Dynasty brothel novel research in a specific historical background and text parsing , the image of women in the study of these novel way to group portrait studies , trying to dig out of the image of women in all aspects of the unique sex . The paper consists of introduction , body, four chapters and epilogue . Introduction, a comprehensive review of the late Qing Dynasty brothel novel , pointing out the blank questions to be resolved in the previous contribution of the present paper is to establish a research center . Chapter three of the prosperity of the late Qing Dynasty novels on brothels . They are: the prosperity of novels on brothels in the late Qing Dynasty social reasons , the tradition of the late Qing Dynasty brothel novel of the literary tradition in the late Qing Dynasty novels on brothels thriving market mechanisms . Chapter Two main features of the image of women , they are divided into three categories, namely ' money ' supreme , supreme ' only ' with 'love ' supreme ' Insight and analysis female image of the various types of values, morality , the concept of love and life skills way . Chapter by the \Chapter brothel female image of the city and the independence to reveal the cultural connotation of the late Qing Dynasty brothel image of women as reflected by the \Conclusion re full review of papers and pointed out that the value and contribution of the image of women in the novels on brothels in the late Qing Dynasty .
