Abstract

The crime of embezzlement of public funds refers to the kind of crime committed by state personnel .This crime will do considerable harm to society. It makes losses to public funds, jeopardize honest and clearness of public office, damage the image of the state and society stability. Now, there is many problems remain unsolved. So it is necessary to do research. This thesis is trying to analyses into the structure of crime with the aim of making contribution to criminal law.
