Abstract


With the adjacent relations being gradually complicated, the civil disputes casing by the civil infringement have been increasing, the adjacent relation of condominium ownership in the building is a new type in contiguous relationships. At the beginning, the thesis introduces basis theory of the adjacent relation of the condominium building, defines condominium ownership, the adjacent relations, and the adjacent relation of the condominium building explicitly. Through analyzing the history and development of the adjacent relation of the condominium building, and comparative researching of relative representative legislation, acknowledging the new type of adjacent relations all-through. On this basis, analyzing the content the adjacent relation of the condominium building deeply by its various patterns studying, and pointing out some limitation must be adopted on the adjacent right protection. the China’Real Right Law legislation of the adjacent relation of the condominium building have some defects, in the thesis, the self- criticism have been put forward from the angle of legislation and theory.
