Abstract


Today one of the world's two law systems , the case law system , the common law as the principle of stare decisis program before the rights and principles of the common law principles and specific system , these legal principles , the formation of the system rooted in feudal social system of the United Kingdom , at the same time also reflects the cultural traditions and humanistic care in the United Kingdom , this article will be the British cultural perspective , explore the historical roots of British culture and the basic principles of the common law , then explore on behalf of the British legal system modernization mode processes of modern society, the common law , reveal the path of development of the British rule of law , equality before the law , or social class should be equally subject to the ordinary laws of the countries under the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts .
