Abstract


The problem of juvenile delinquency has been the focus of attention of the academic community, attracting the attention of law, sociology, psychology, and many other scholars of different backgrounds, and research. The contents of the study is also a wide range of research on the causes of crime, criminal behavior and psychological research, crime prevention research. This shows that the problem of juvenile crime caused widespread concern in the community. Originated from the United Kingdom, flourished in the modern system of probation provisions Where Gaiecongshan first-time offenders, juvenile offenders or other criminals, probation laws and regulations are applicable. Out of the protection of minors since 2004, in Shanghai, began to implement a youth probation system, Shanghai Minhang District, is the first to be implemented. The object of this paper is the probation youth. The author through the description and analysis of the adolescent social support system, to study the probation youth social support system changes during probation, and what impact the behavior of young people on probation, I would probation youth performance related social support system and the behavior of young people in the probation period to try to explain. This article is divided into a total of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, including the significance of the research background, object, awareness of the problem, the method used in this paper and this article; second chapter is a review of the literature, the main job of social support, social support of the youth in the country Research Review and juvenile delinquency; Chapter III is the core concepts and explanatory framework, including the framework of the core concepts of the interpretation and the interpretation of this article; Chapter probation the juvenile probation period before and during the social support system, for young people in front of the probation period and a description of the social support system of the probation period; fifth chapter is the social support system on probation youth crime prevention; Chapter VI Discussion and Conclusion of this article and summarized . Through this research, I believe that, during probation, the youth get an increase in social support systems, mainly the increase in emotional support and instrumental support. Emotional support from family, peer groups and relatives, family emotional support play a most important role in the prevention of re-offending. The main source of instrumental support relatives and social workers also play a role in the prevention of the crime. Social support system to the role of crime prevention, understanding and attitudes of young people subject to social support as a constraint to promote its role in the play occurs. Therefore, the prevention mechanism of the social support system is constituted by more than two parts.
