Abstract


By "Exploration of institutional justice" as my master’s thesis,the intention is to explore the institutional justice from the dimension of political philosophy。Besides the introduction and conclusion,this thesis is divided into three parts。The introduction describes the purpose and significance of research、the status of research at home and abroad on the subject as well as the meaning of writing about this thesis。The first chapter,at the beginning of basic concepts of institution and justice, introduced the importance of Rawls’s institutional justice theory;explain the fundamental connotation of institutional justice from the basic content、the essential characters and value meaning of it。The second Chapter,revealed the realistic plights faced by institutional justice from "free-riding" phenomenon and the existence of the bureaucratic interest group,tried to test the institution whether justice or not from the path of the institution-running,do some thinking about how to step out of these plights,preliminarily discussed the problem that institutional justice how to be possible,make us further realize、understand and maintain the institutional justice。Finally,based on the reality of China’s institutional transformation and institutional construction,pointed that it is necessary to advocate the idea of institutional justice in order to promote the construction of institutional civilization from the height of the building of political civilization。
