Abstract


Amateur Sports School of Wuhan thirteen urban grassroots survey of the literature data , field survey , questionnaire , mathematical statistics methods , and the use of the Sports Management , sports training, sport sociology amateur Sports School of Wuhan City grassroots management status and other related theories . The results showed that : Wuhan City grassroots amateur sports school management system is sound enough ; project settings did not highlight the advantages and characteristics ; talent conveyor positioning deviation , decline in the quantity and quality ; Coaches structure is irrational ; athlete admissions difficult ; funding sources of single , serious shortages ; school single model ; quantity and quality of venues and facilities are not adequately meet the training needs ; related to the leadership of the youth amateur training emphasis is not enough . To promote the sustainable development of grass-roots amateur sports school in Wuhan city , culture and found excellent Sports Talented sports administration departments should continue to deepen the reform of the sports management system ; optimize the layout of items ; emphasis on the construction of Coaches , and constantly improve the Coaches team structure , improve the overall quality of the coaches ; combination of the breadth and depth of both hands, innovative school system ; broaden the financing channels ; fight for the support of all levels of government policy on the amateur training management work , and to encourage the broad participation of all sectors of society .
