Abstract


The concept is an important part of the intellectual skills , and defining the concept of teaching school education is very important and critical content . Defining concepts are linked by the definition of a class of objects or events , the definition of which is the relationship between the characteristics of the concept and its function ( Gagn ( ? ) , 1985) . The general interpretation of the teaching process by learning process constituted by nine instructional events : attention , tell the learner objectives to stimulate memories prerequisite , presenting the stimulus material , study guide , induced behavior , provide feedback , evaluate performance , enhance memory and promote migration. In this study, through analysis of the events of the classroom teaching , to explore the concept of defining some practical teaching law . Empirical research , the author of 24 high school chemistry teacher in the teaching programs of the concept of the \comparison paradigm to study the differences of expert teachers and new teachers in the teaching of the concept of teaching events arrangements . In empirical research , structured interviews of five expert teachers and five new teachers to further explore the cause of the reasons of this difference . The study found that : 1 . Gagne thinking about teaching event for guiding teaching practice of great significance , but the current situation of teaching remains to be refined and improved . Expert teachers attention , inform learners goals , stirred up memories of the previous acquisition performance precedent , study guide and promote the implementation of the events of maintaining and migration of five teaching on , have a significant difference with the new teacher . 3 expert teachers have a more profound understanding of the conditions of internal and external conditions of the concept of learning , they are better at teaching motivational and provide suitable learning guidance , take the initiative to help students to construct knowledge , new concepts into the existing knowledge system , the creation of a conducive the development far transfer capacity situations , acquisition rules and rules to create conditions for students .
