Abstract


With the continuous progress and development of society, people increasingly high demand for the product quality, product safety incidents and emerging on the global market, product recalls, making the community concerned about their eyes on the product quality and traceability management. Either manufacturers or consumers want to know the final products or consumer goods, raw materials or source level of its quality, research and development and production process information can be traced back to the system to ensure product reliability, security and understanding has become an inevitable trend. However, the production process information traceability system involved many departments, many kinds of data, complex, do not have a good foundation data platform, it is difficult to achieve the effective management of the system of production process information can be traced back. Object-oriented modeling approach can be sorted out in the system processes can be traced from the intricate production process information system use cases, detailed description of user needs, and any changes to the function of the system are available through the the improved class or object completed. In view of this situation, the paper proposes the introduction of object-oriented UML modeling technology production process information traceability system development, scientific and technological project of Chongqing background around the object-oriented UML modeling technology and its traceability system in the production process information in the application of research. Papers on the basis of analysis of the research status of the traceability system, fully study the object-oriented modeling approach, the Unified Modeling Language (Unified Modeling Language, UML) of content development and Rational Unified Process (Rational Unified Process, RUP), discussed the advantages of object-oriented methods for tracing system analysis and design. Through analysis of the needs of the production process traceability system, clear boundary model of the system and the system's problem domain, to draw out the key model - top-level use case model, UML and RUP-based traceability system of production process information analysis and design. According to the system requirements analysis and refined from the static and dynamic aspects of the system analysis, system analysis model.
