Abstract


In recent years, the development of the public security traffic command center in the country experienced three stages: The first stage of about 80 to 90 years of the 20th century , the stage is based on a single technology systems , this stage is based on the traffic control department units system operation and management , not even a unified command center . The second stage in the late 1990s , the early 1990s , in a unified command center , unified management of each of the independent subsystems , but between the various subsystems run completely independently . The third stage in 2002 and since , the command center , after the building of infrastructure and technology subsystem , and gradually the operation of the command center in a traffic incident command and dispatch combat the formation of a set of overall business processes , and gradually establish the public security traffic control integration platform . This thesis is based on survey to understand today's public security traffic police command platform integration technology trends . , I am a long time to participate in the Traffic Police directing integration platform (ITMS) design for example , combine the business process needs of the traffic police detachment , detail a set of suitable domestic traffic police business demand the command platform features . Its characteristics are as follows : one subsystem applications , including technical subsystems have been and will be building each subsystem independently to complete the work of a traffic management ; integrated interface , responsible for the sub- technology subsystem with integrated between applications and between subsystems data exchange; three integrated application , to the subsystem functions of the technical basis , through coordination of information between the various subsystems and the operation , resulting in a presence of various subsystems isolated can not have a new integration features . The system is suitable for domestic public security traffic police command center integration technology .
