Abstract


Pipe roof the advance support law enforcement in recent years developed a new technology in soft rock tunnel boring , because of its safe and reliable construction , the supporting effect , the process is simple , short construction period , economic and efficiency advantages in the world is widely adoption. As pipe roof advance support law enforcement to use up one of the most critical equipment the pipe roof rig is drilling along the outer contour of tunnel section ahead and install pipe roof . With a lot of the construction of the railway tunnel in China , the demand for pipe roof rig is also growing. Therefore , while the introduction of foreign rig , developed with independent intellectual property rights and the world 's advanced level pipe roof rigs become very important and urgent issue . The subject pipe roof rig for the study, the main contents include: (1 ) based on the analysis of the rock crushing drilling principle , combined with the rig site construction to improve the the pipe roof rig drilling method . ( 2 ) Autodesk Inventor 3D software to create a three-dimensional model of the the pipe roof drilling rig institutions ; drilling institutions Motion Simulation to simulate the actual working conditions , research rig the actual law of motion , obtained drilling institutions in different drilling method need maximum propulsion and pulling force . (3) The analysis, optimization of the mechanical strength of the sticking drilling mechanism , the mode shapes of the natural frequencies and the corresponding frequencies of the study of the drill pipe , to effectively prevent fatigue construction drill VALID provide a theoretical basis . This paper studies completed design and development work on the pipe roof rig some of the theoretical and practical significance , and new exploration for the developed optimization similar products do .
