Abstract


The iron ore trade market is a typical the bilateral oligopoly market . Ore price negotiations in the beginning of each year by both oligarchs formation . China, as the world 's largest importing country , since 2004 , added to the negotiations . However, China did not get the pricing that corresponds to its position in the market , even the 2008 negotiations was the upstream blatant price discrimination . In order to uncover the mystery of China iron ore pricing missing \the size of the various factors and mechanisms , and given suggestions in the final .
