Abstract

In coal mines, chemical, oil and other industries, inevitably exist flammable and explosive gases, once encountered enough ignition of combustible gases detonated explosive energy, it is bound to trigger safety incidents, on these occasions have strict security Explosion Requirements. With the electromagnetic waves of new technologies, new equipment, extensive promotion and application of new security risks also will be produced, in order to better ensure the safety of coal production, which requires the coal mine gas explosion electromagnetic point of the safety analysis and study.According to electromagnetic theory and safety engineering theory, from the electromagnetic energy into a source of ignition of the manifestations start detailed analysis of the electromagnetic and thermal-electric spark of coal mine gas explosion point of the law.On the one hand, EDM mechanism in the discharge of energy and the budget for the theory on the basis of the minimum ignition energy and the standard curve, the first time on the circuit-EDM duration of the theoretical calculations, have been discharge from exposure to electrodes at both ends of the process of separation EDM and voltage proportional to the duration of the conclusions, then that the high-frequency electromagnetic wave-EDM gas explosion at the limits of power. Finally, the need to test the use of test equipment, build a reasonable test platform for high-frequency electromagnetic waves to the nature-EDM sparks security simulation test, the theory of a pilot certification. On the other hand, the electromagnetic equipment, reactive substances were absorbed into the heat caused material surface temperature rise on the basis of the theory, under certain conditions, through the theoretical analysis and calculations, that the different parameters of the corresponding changes in the thermal effects of electromagnetic wave Coal Mine gas explosion at the maximum allowable transmission power curve. Then, under realistic conditions, the material absorbs heat with a cooling process, the heat balance of the theoretical analysis, the rate of heat and cooling rates were compared, and through the existing test conditions and means of material in Electromagnetic radiation under the conditions of the surface temperature changes in the test measurement. Eventually come to understand, at this stage to allow the use of coal mine low-power electromagnetic devices, the electromagnetic radiation on the surrounding material on the surface temperature there was no obvious impact of electromagnetic waves through the thermal effect way point coal mine gas explosion could not consider.
