Abstract

In recent years, nano-fluorescent composite much attention, and as a fluorescent probe used in a variety of biological assays. Compared to conventional organic fluorescent dyes, the luminescent properties of the fluorescent nanoparticles is stronger, more stable. To facilitate the surface modification of nano-particles, usually made of a core-shell type nanoparticles, wherein the SiO 2 nano particles due to the good hydrophilicity, ease of preparation, separation and surface modification, Multiple applications. But for the majority of fluorescent dyes, direct doped SiO 2 fluorescent substance from the SiO 2 nano particles easily leak out; solution system, due to the solvent molecules the quenching of the fluorescent substance, so that the light emitting efficiency of the fluorescent substance greatly affected. In this thesis, the silica nanoparticles as a substrate, to avoid leakage of fluorescent material, size uniformity multifunctional nanocomposite particles were prepared by chemical action, and on this basis a fluorescent nanoparticle-based Determination of Nitrite ion the new method. The thesis is divided into four chapters: Chapter: nanomaterials development and fluorescent nanomaterials in analytical chemistry applied research profile, review the research in this field has made some important research results. Chapter II: fluorescent dye rhodamine B (RB) and 3 - aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) the reaction of the precursor (RBS) core, silica shell by reverse microemulsion method (oil in water, W / O) Preparation of fluorescent nanoparticles of uniform size, wherein the use of stable chemical bonds between the RBS and the silica shell, and effective solution to the leakage of the fluorescent dye. Finally, the hydrolysis and condensation of APTES Luminescent Composite surface amino groups. Chapter III: the use of iodide-RBS composite silica nanoparticles the fluorescence quenching reaction for detection of nitrite ion. In hydrochloric acid, NO 2 - sup> and I - sup> the reaction I 3 - sup >, so that the the RBS fluorescence quenching, the establishment of the indirect determination of the NO 2 - sup> content of fluorescence analysis. This method has fast response, reagent consumption. Chapter 4: Research has both magnetic and fluorescent multifunctional nanocomposites preparation. Synthesized Fe 3 O 4 magnetic nanoparticles, silica surface modification by chemical co-precipitation method, RB-silica nano-layer is deposited on the surface, making the nanoparticles are prepared at the same time have a magnetic, fluorescent properties and good biocompatibility, wherein RB is covalently bonded to the silica network structure, effectively avoid the leak of the fluorescent dye molecule.
