Abstract

According to China's renewable energy and long-term development planning , in the \Xinjiang third New Energy Co., Ltd. Xinjiang actual situation and crop characteristics Chemistry and Chemical Engineering , Xinjiang University , biodiesel technology research . This project fully utilize the region rich cottonseed oil foot oil bottom as the raw materials , using chemical method transesterification Production basic line , using sodium hydroxide as a catalyst , at a certain temperature, same below methanol ester exchange , the obtained fatty acid methyl ester , thus to reconcile the synthesis of biodiesel with petroleum diesel . The project is mainly to study chemical method of production technology of bio- diesel and industrial production equipment for the local development of biodiesel industrialization to provide effective technical support . Now to make the study of the chemical production of bio-diesel technology , this paper summarizes the biodiesel lab preparation , the study further industrialization of bio-diesel production plant design . Reactor occupies an important position in the whole production process , and standard equipment can not be used due to the special nature of the process , the paper mainly for the reactor 's design work , also carried out the design of the distillation column bottom reboiler sw6 software strength verification . The last application of ANSYS stress analysis reboiler tube plate .
