Abstract


SBS modified bitumen has a good sense of temperature , resistance to deformation at high temperature and low-temperature ductility , and significantly improve the quality of road usage , has been widely used in China 's highway . And the excellent performance of SBS modified asphalt from the the SBS modifier , modified bitumen SBS dosage will directly determine its performance . But in the process of SBS modified asphalt , the international community still does not have a complete and effective performance evaluation system of modified asphalt , also no effective method of analysis and detection of modified bitumen SBS dosage , the construction unit to receive the finished product change asphalt lack of SBS dosage determined effective means . How scientific and effective evaluation and use of modified asphalt is a solved problem . Depth analysis type and dosage of SBS modifier modified asphalt , to explore the performance of the modified asphalt with SBS dosage variation , to provide a basis for quality evaluation of SBS modified asphalt ; using the gray associate degree system analysis SBS dosage and modified asphalt performance indicators to determine the volume associated closely with SBS modified asphalt performance evaluation based SBS dosage determined and conduct of SBS modified asphalt high and low temperature performance evaluation , analysis a reasonable modified bitumen SBS dosage ; in order to more effectively evaluate the performance of SBS modified asphalt bonded stone , by the shear bond strength test SBS modified asphalt and stone , and Quantitative evaluation of the bonding effect of the ash in different SBS modified asphalt stone ; infrared spectroscopy of base asphalt and SBS modifier and SBS modified bitumen , the SBS modified asphalt dosage and its wave number 966.1cm -1 polybutadiene double bonds in the characteristic absorption of the relationship between the peak absorbance , thereby for detecting the SBS dosage finished modified bitumen , the results showed that the use of infrared spectroscopy can be accurately measured the SBS modified bitumen dosage modifier dosage monitoring ; with fluorescence microscopy comparative analysis of the relationship between the morphology and performance of SBS dosage modified asphalt modifier distribution , preliminary SBS modified asphalt quality control basis.
