Abstract

Cracks and joints rainfall into cement concrete pavement structure . Water into the pavement structure is the primary cause of the damage caused or accelerated pavement . In a timely manner to exclude water effectively improve road performance into the pavement structure , and improve the life of the pavement . The traditional method of evaluating the quality of the pavement structure drainage is calculated based on unsaturated seepage theory structure layer drainage time . However, the analysis found that most of the rainfall and rainfall after pavement structure in unsaturated seepage state . Driving potential of the unsaturated soil matric suction and gravity . From considering the point of view of unsaturated seepage , the application of the unsaturated percolation theory analysis of pavement structure , drainage time , evaluate the effect of the test road drainage drainage of the pavement structure , to carry out research work mainly from the following two aspects : (1 ) the processing of the raw data of the test road , the basic drainage performance indicators ; through pavement survey estimated the development of cracks in the road test ; simple seepage test to determine the the test road 's surface water infiltration rate values ??. Steady flow assessment on the basis of the above study , three drainage pavement structure of rainfall during the test road . (2) the use of basic knowledge of the unsaturated seepage theory , focusing on the relationship between the unsaturated permeability coefficient and volumetric water content , choose the the unsaturated permeability coefficient function model . Learn from the AASHTO formula to calculate the pavement structure , drainage time , considering the degree of division of drainage , the unsaturated permeability coefficient is introduced into the formula , in order to achieve the purpose of improved formula based on of unsaturated percolation theory on . For purposes of calculation , the preparation of the program of drainage time is calculated , and a simple program interface , can be calculated for any combination of the pavement structure , drainage time . Using AASHTO evaluation t 50 ( pavement structure drainage in 50% of the time ) , saturated flow and unsaturated flow calculations on three drainage program . The results showed that the saturated percolation theory overestimates the effect of drainage of the pavement structure . By contrast drainage time between the three drainage program to determine the best program of drainage .
