Abstract


Under the background of the growing connection between the urban and rural areas, the increasing of passenger demand, passengers cry for coordinating public transport system between urban and rural areas.Papers conform to the integrated development demand of urban and rural, discuss and research some problems of development planning of urban and rural public transportation.Firstly, the paper summarized the experiences of domestic and international passenger transport development, and proposed the technical route in the paper research. Then had a detailed a-nalysis on county urban and rural public passenger transport characteristics and development environment respectively. Thus the paper proposed the development tendency and the target of the county urban and rural public passenger transport.Sencondly, Proposed passenger route network planning ideas of "Stratification, layered layout, integral optimization" based on urban and rural public passenger line nets level classification, Then set trunk lines, secondary lines and feeder lines respectively by using the searching method of "based on rural highway network lines trends", the smallest tree, the node important degree, and had a rough analyze on the cohesion mode Of urban and rural public passenger line nets.Then, researched the transformation method of bus-scale and subsidy calculation on trunk lines of urban and rural public passenger transit, discussed the business model and organization of bus lines. Relative advice with management model and operational management policies are also given.Finally, had a analysis and demonstration on urban and rural public passenger development planning of the country ZiChang. gived the Specific planning of urban and rural public passenger network, capacity configuration and the subsidies of bus lines.
