Abstract

Soil animals refers to the period of time in the life cycle, or all of the time is spent in the soil, animals can have a certain impact on the soil. Soil animals as important consumers of substances circulating in the ecosystem and some decomposers, plays a very important role in the ecosystem. The soil animal studies focused on natural ecosystems, Central, South and Northeast are more geographically small study of soil animals in the city, especially in the western city. This paper discusses the relationship between Urban Vegetation community structure of soil animals and soil environmental factors. Approved by the Ministry of Construction in 2002 and implementation of the People's Republic of China, the industry standard \class corresponding Shuimogou Park, the City Botanic Gardens, next to the Xinjiang University South Campus road protective green, Xinjiang University, South Campus and carp Mountain Park. Three quarters of sampling, April, July and October 2008, respectively. Per each green space selected three plots, each plot selected two samples sampling, hand picking method and Tullgren dry funnel method of sampling collection of large, small and medium-sized soil animals, and brought back to the indoor processing and analysis. The thesis is divided into six parts: Part I: Overview of soil zoology research. Including domestic and foreign research progress on this discipline, and analysis the soil zoological research trends. And thus leads to question the basis and purpose of the stand. Part II: do a simple introduction to the conditions and development status of the natural environment of the study area. This is an important environmental factors affect of Urumqi soil animal community structure. Part III: the introduction of the research methods, including field sampling and survey method and interior treatment, which mainly related to the sampling method, Determination of soil samples and soil separation and identification of the animal. Part IV: Results and Discussion. It was divided into two small part. (1) by the number of animals of the greenbelt different season soil taxa statistical analysis, the study of different temporal and spatial distribution of soil animals, soil animal community diversity parameters by comparative analysis of soil fauna parameters, and to further explore the relationship between the. (2) analysis of the relationship between environmental factors and soil animals, this article of environmental factors, including temperature, soil moisture, soil pH, and soil organic matter content. The fifth part, conclusions and recommendations. The paper analyzes the following conclusions: (1) identification by sampling taken in Urumqi five the Greenbelt types of soil animals 35 class, 7320. Part of four doors, the nematode phylum Annelida, Mollusca and Arthropoda; nine classes, Nematoda, Oligochaeta, Gastropoda, candle butterfly Gang, Insecta, Arachnida, lip enough Gang, the Integrated Gang and crustaceans; 19 mesh. (2) soil animal community structure and composition, from the three levels of analysis. The horizontal distribution, the largest number of soil animals the Shuimogou Park, and three were captured in 1982. Followed carp Hill Park, the City Botanic Gardens, road protection green and Xinjiang University South Campus. Soil fauna largest number of carp Hill Park, 30, followed by is Shuimogou park, road protection green, Xinjiang University, South Campus and the City Botanic Gardens. Vertical distribution, the distribution of soil animals and soil depth into a proportional relationship, that is, the vertical distribution of soil animals have a more obvious table cohesion, was gradually decreasing trend in the number of soil animals in five greenbelt from the surface down. The most obvious number Shuimogou Park, Xinjiang University South Campus and the City Botanic Gardens, a significant number of the three soil animals Table poly comparison. Road the protective greenbelts and carp Hill Park was not so obvious. The vertical distribution of groups on five kinds of green space are more obvious, but the Lei Shan the park and Shuimogou Park Table poly characteristics most significant. Seasonal distribution, regardless of the number or group number, the distribution of soil animals showing the law is Spring gt; summer gt; fall. (3) analysis of various parameters from the point of view, diversity index and evenness index showed a positive correlation between dominance index was more obvious negative correlation. Diversity index is the the carp Mountain Park and Shuimogou Park, the most number of soil animals. Dominance index is the largest road protection green and Xinjiang University, South Campus, is the least number of soil animals. (4) a variety of physical and chemical properties of the soil have different effects on soil animal. The four indicators of temperature, moisture content, pH, and organic matter content, soil moisture content and pH value of the soil animals the greatest impact, they are a positive correlation between the number of animals and soil. The ground temperature of soil animals is not the main factor to affect soil animals. Organic matter have a certain impact on soil animals, but do not see a significant positive correlation.
