Abstract


The development of the theory of bridge design and construction technology makes bridge span growing increasingly complex structure , so it is particularly important to bridge assessment as a lifeline engineering . Large bridges as choke points of the route is the key to ensure the smooth flow of traffic safety , monitoring and evaluation of the health status of the bridge . Monitoring and evaluation of large bridge is currently a hot issue in the engineering sector , and at the same time difficult topics related to different areas . In this paper , the development of large-span bridge structural health monitoring and condition assessment system with a focus on Qingdao Bay Bridge in Red Island Channel Bridge engineering background , and established a system based on an assessment of the reliability theory Analytic Hierarchy variable weight method . First, the research status of the monitoring and evaluation of the bridge structure at home and abroad with a comprehensive , systematic exposition of engineering background , and then the Red Island Channel Bridge , bridge monitoring evaluation method research . Secondly , according to the actual situation to establish the framework of the monitoring system , and take full account of this system in the future for further expansion and development . Designed monitoring system database , the data obtained for each monitoring project to deal effectively with Category Archive for real-time assessment and data query to provide data for decision-makers . The final study, the method of monitoring system database state comprehensive assessment of the bridge structure , learn and adopt the basic idea of the existing achievements based on the latest research , combined with domestic and international bridge reliability assessment field and other related fields to establish based on reliability theory red Island Channel Bridge assessment system . This system involves sensing technology , computer network technology , database technology , to form a relatively complete system of any one of these errors will affect the assessment of the entire bridge .
