Abstract


The Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons is one of China’s ancient greatest works of literary theory; literary theory of this research has yielded fruitful results. Predecessors have been well expounded; no gap can be split, if we blindly go along with predecessors, only as Handan toddlers. With great interest on the ecology, I study with literature and want to sort out The Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons in ecological thought, to make up for other people’s research of The Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons when neglected to explore the idea of its ecology in the past. This article from the point of view of ecology, to explain this literary masterpiece on the basis of faithful for the text of the original intent by theoretical implication of the idea to focus on ecological and systematic analysis. The thesis of preface explain the origin of the writing; the purpose and significance; to define the core concept of this study; academic research on the subject of the status quo; research areas and methods. Around the main part of thesis of "ecological" exposition is divided into two parts: the first part of the idea of The Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons the natural ecology will focus on analyzing the "Yuan Dao", "Ming Shi", "Wu Se" articles; the second part of The Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons in the spirit of ecological thought, will focus on analyzing the "Ti Xing" of "Yang QI" articles. Summarized at the conclusion of he Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons rich in the natural ecology and the spirit ecological thought; Chinese ancient literary theorist has been have eco-awareness and awareness of the ecological value of the modern.
