Abstract


Today , China 's anti-corruption efforts at the same time increasing the amount of money involved in corruption and bribery is also getting higher and higher , cases of corruption and bribery sentencing by a wide range of community , becoming very popular among people to comment on the issue of China 's sentencing focus , in particular, sentencing imbalances caused strong dissatisfaction and doubts of the public . Most of the comments on the social make a comparison between their perceptions and judgments of cases , these comments have a certain gap from the judicial practice of sentencing . The author through the following sections , of corruption and bribery criminal sentencing study the issue . First part , an overview of the basic conditions of the problem of corruption and bribery a crime . Summarized the main features of such crime in recent years , the characteristics and judicial practice in this type of criminal sentencing . Overview of corruption and bribery crime and sentencing , is the study its sentencing premise of the question . The second part of the analysis of the impact of the various episodes of the corruption and bribery criminal sentencing . Mainly analyzes the amount of crime sentencing an important impact on the crime of bribery and corruption in the judicial practice , the main plot , such as surrender, meritorious service, the ill-gotten impact on the sentencing , also briefly pointed out other episodes that should be considered in the corruption and bribery criminal sentencing .
