Abstract

In this information age, as the development of the society and progress of science and technology, the right to privacy gradually extends to cyber space. In the network environment, because of the curiosity and close relationship between Internet privacy and property, the infringement to personal privacy is very serious. Therefore, to meet this challenge, it needs to improve the situation in order to protect the right to privacy fully, and effective protection is particularly urgent.At present, Chinese existing laws and judicial interpretations do not provide specific explanations to the right to privacy. Besides, some judicial interpretations and industry norms are used for the protection of internet privacy. On the other hand, the government does not pay enough attention to the Internet privacy protection issues. Moreover, relevant researches on the mode of protection concerning on the Internet privacy are still not sufficient.This paper begins from basic concept of the privacy and the right to privacy. Then, it analyzes the current status of Infringement on the right to the Internet privacy. Furthermore, it gives details to the current status of China. On the basis of description above, the paper has brought forward some advice to the enhancement of legal protection to internet privacy. First, we should improve the legal awareness to protect the Internet privacy. Second, China needs to employ a full legal system to protection on the right to Internet privacy, including legislation, enforcement and administration of justice. At last, it gives suggestions from th??ew on the field of non-normative to improve the system of protecting the right to the Internet privacy. They consist mainly of the following points: promoting to profession autonomy, using advanced technological devices and improving the moral construction.It is hoped that this paper could put forward some useful advice to the promotion of the protection of the Internet privacy firstly. Secondly, it tries to explore some personal suggestions to protect the Internet privacy, especially in terms of law. Thirdly, this paper was written to strengthen the supervision. Finally, it also wants to arouse widely concern to the issues on the protection of the right to Internet privacy.
