Research study is a concentrated expression of a new way of learning of the concept of modern education, in order to cultivate the students' innovative spirit and practical ability for the purpose of openness, subjectivity, comprehensive and practical, emphasizing the students to explore their own learning today, reflect and respond to the era of the educational requirements, it will become the important ideas and strategies of the curriculum and teaching to run, has a very important teaching and development value. The research study is research on human learning again change better, mature theoretical system and is widely used in contemporary psychology, education and other fields, especially for our ongoing basic education curriculum reform, comprehensively promote quality education, to provide strong theoretical basis. The use of research in the field of Physical Education, learning theory of teaching practice at the exploratory stage, the use of research by the Aerobics Teaching learning theory, change the way students learn, cultivate students' active exploration and practice ability, and then enhance students' self-confidence and improve student performance. In this paper, literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics, a variety of research methods, statistics and analysis of experimental data obtained using T-test and paired T-test. Calisthenics students for the study were randomly selected from four classes, divided into experimental and control group, the experimental group and 68 in the control group of 61. The study is divided into two stages: the first stage of the preparatory phase (August 2008): literature review and analysis of finishing, design lesson plans, find the measurement tools, measured before the experiment; The second stage is the experimental stage (September 2008 month): According to teaching practice, combined with aerobics characteristics and experimental personally participate in the teaching experiment, for a period of 16 weeks of formal experiment, observe and record the course of the experiment, immediately after the end of the experiment after the experiment. Experimental results show that: (1) the total confidence of the experimental group and the control group in the experiment there was a significant difference in overall self-confidence, academic self-confidence and social confidence three sub-dimensions there are also significant differences. Total self-confidence in the experimental group before and after the experiment (2) there are significant differences, there was a significant difference in overall self-confidence, academic self-confidence and social confidence three sub-dimensions, the control group increased slightly but no difference. (3) after the experiment aerobics and attitude combined results of the experimental group and the control group there was a significant difference in physical fitness (800 meters and one minute sit-ups). (4) the experimental group before and after the experiment attitude combination of aerobics and physical significant difference; 800 meters of the control group before and after the experiment, a significant difference in one-minute sit-ups, aerobics and attitude combined with improved but did not reach significant difference.
