Abstract


According to CNNIC ( China Internet Network Information Center ) , released in January 2009 , \22.6% , slightly higher than the global average ( 21.9%) . Following the netizens in China surpassed the United States in June 2008 to become the first in the world , the popularity of the Internet in China again to leap forward to catch up and exceed the global average . [1 ] network dissemination of information convenient , fast , has become increasingly modern society to accept and use . New media network development in China for ten years in the field of information dissemination and public opinion expression finally achieved undisputed status . CNNIC survey in June 2008 , the online community for the first time to become one of China's Internet users top ten network applications . Network Forum is playing an increasingly important role as an important part of network communication . Internet users through online forums to express their views on all kinds of events have occurred , the the last dust settles from the events of the South China tiger photos to the 3377 event \; abuse to be able to make constructive comments and suggestions from the initial Internet users immature thread , the online forums matures on the expression of public opinion on behalf of our network public opinion mechanism matures . In this paper, the development of China 's Internet forums for a system combing , its scientific classification , based on our professional forum website spread morphology study of the effect of expression to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the voice of the people of Chinese Professional Forum website identify problems and make recommendations . In this paper, journalism , communication studies, the relevant principles of sociology and drawing on Habermas 's theory of the public sphere theory to enhance networking forum for the expression of public opinion .
