Abstract


Pulse Coupled Neural Network (PCNN) has a biology background , rough set theory has a good ability to be classified according to the characteristics of things , the combination of the two , the unparalleled advantage of other methods used in digital image processing . This thesis analyzes the PCNN and rough set theory combined feasibility used in image processing , and for biological cell image processing problems , attempt to complete the following work : 1 . Background lighter areas . darker areas contain more target details , serious pollution by noise , and low contrast images of biological cells , enhance the new algorithm is proposed based on PCNN Timed matrix and the image of the rough set theory . To the experimental results , the algorithm can effectively improve the image contrast , and better enhancement ; can also effectively suppress noise , preserving image detail , image enhancement is better than the traditional method . Defects for imaging equipment and imaging principle combined PCNN with rough set theory proposed the multifocus plant cell image fusion method . The experimental results show that the algorithm in terms of objective performance or visual effects have a clear advantage, and has a good anti-noise performance , can effectively preserve the image edge , texture , and other details , clear fused image . The algorithm is simple and easy to implement . 3 . Analysis of the need for copyright protection of biological cell image , proposed a new space-frequency domain combined dual digital image watermarking algorithm for biological cell image watermark processing . The simulation results show that the algorithm has good invisibility and robustness , it is a feasible and effective digital image watermarking algorithm .
