Abstract


As the process of integration of the world economy and China 's deepening reform and opening up policy , China's industry in the face of challenges from the developed countries of the world , including the financial sector . Have been identified since the accession to the WTO after a comprehensive process of opening up of China's financial industry , foreign banks have free access to China's financial sector . In this case , it will inevitably lead to a huge reform of the domestic financial sector , not suited to some of the bodies natural survival of the fittest , including urban credit cooperatives . In this paper, the risks faced in the process of urban credit cooperatives banks make . This paper first introduces the theory of risk management , and then introduced Western cooperation in the evolution of financial institutions and the status quo , and then explain the lack of urban credit cooperatives reform process , and introduced China 's urban credit cooperatives institutional defects , followed by analysis of the process of transformation of urban credit cooperatives in risk , and then empirical analysis of China 's urban credit cooperatives liquidity risk , and finally put forward policy recommendations .
