Prototype of the prohibited drug residues to livestock and other animals use laws strictly prohibit or restrict the use of the drug in animal cells, tissue and organs as well as edible products accumulation or storage of drugs or chemicals, metabolites and impurities . Illicit drug residues in food of animal origin excessive harmful to human health directly or indirectly harm. In this study, a the fluorescence immunoassay small molecule microarray technology, illicit drug residues in food of animal origin rapid detection method, developed by chloramphenicol (CAP), clenbuterol (CLB) and streptomycin (STR ), multi-component rapid detection kit. First, using carbodiimide synthesis of chloramphenicol antigen, diazo synthesis of hydrochloric acid clenbuterol whole antigen, sodium periodate oxidation synthesis streptomycin antigen, the method effectively improve the small-molecule drug and carrier protein coupling rate, small molecule drugs with the carrier protein conjugates by spotter point system in porous sugar dielectric coated slides prepared microarray competitive immune reaction in the microarray surface by fluorescence detection in food samples prohibited drug residues. Based on the above method, we also studied to develop for chloramphenicol, clenbuterol and streptomycin microarray detection kit. The kit through the testing and validation parameters are as follows: the coefficient of variation less than 11%, inter-assay coefficients of variation less than 20%; recoveries ranged from greater than 40%; chloramphenicol, clenbuterol and streptomycin The detection limit for 0.055μg / L, 0.017 gg / L, and 0.082μg / L, the experimental data analysis requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and China's Ministry of Agriculture on drugs, in line with the requirements of the appropriate testing standards can be used for the rapid qualitative and quantitative Detection and analysis. Kit test results with the results of the traditional test method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test and standard instrument has a good compliance rate. The kit of technical parameters to meet the Ministry of Agriculture in 2005, drug residues, enzyme-linked immunosorbent reagents (box) filing and examination requirements of technical information \Prohibited drug residues microarray detection kit for the detection of health and safety in food of animal origin efficient and effective means of detection, self-examination application suitable for all levels of inspection and testing institutions and related businesses, for this research and development in food of animal origin other residual substances in food detection analysis provides a new way of thinking.
