Abstract


Migrant workers made ??a great contribution to the economic development of our country . However, due to the limitations of the urban-rural dual structure , the current household registration system , etc. , migrant workers can not , and urban residents enjoy the same employment, health , education and other public services , treatment and living environment is very harsh . Their living conditions in the city is not optimistic. To solve their housing problems , is an important work of maintaining social stability , and the building of a harmonious society . The party and the country attaches great importance to the housing problems of migrant workers , issued a series of policies and measures from 2005-2007 . A thorough study of the housing problems of migrant workers , to build a scientific and feasible countermeasures system , is of great significance . In this paper, on the basis of previous studies , the housing problems of migrant workers a more in-depth research , wrap around the practical experience , combined with our development of strategic planning to build a three - stage housing problems of migrant workers countermeasures system . The main work of the thesis : data collection and field survey to obtain a basic understanding of the housing situation of migrant workers , with examples of existing settlements in the form of migrant workers to classify ; From the laws of social development , system causes and migrant workers , group identity in-depth analysis of the generation mechanism of the housing problems of migrant workers , that the solution of the housing problems of migrant workers must be government -led , gradually resolve ; interpretation of national policy, research on the housing of migrant workers , the positioning of the countries of the housing problems of migrant workers and solutions ; summary of exploration in solving the housing problems of migrant workers everywhere , summed up the practical experience of the reference value ; final build countermeasure system to solve the housing problems of migrant workers . That response systems solve the housing problems of migrant workers is divided into three steps : the recent stage to improve the living environment of poor migrant workers , migrant workers lived on law and order, health , management , secure housing ; middle stage of migrant workers urban residents enjoy housing security and housing fund , the gradual reform of the household registration system, such as system design contributed to the weak position of migrant workers ; forward stage to eliminate the urban-rural divide institutional treatment , national treatment of migrant workers , build rural-urban shift benign mechanism.
