Abstract

Since the open and reform policy, along with the fast grow of economy, gradually boosting of comprehensive national strength, China’s foreign trade especially export are also experiencing fast developing process which push this matter from quantity change to quality change. The importance of export to one country’s economy is no needs to say. However, this foreign trade develop mode whose export quantity is sustained on barely cheap labor cost, plundering of resources and destroy of environment runs in the opposite direction of sustainable develop strategy, and surely can’t last for long. The international finance crisis seriously influences China’s export, making export quantity decreases to high degree. In front of austere situation, we should more level-headed to know that, by only cheap price and superior quality is not the fundamental methods to ensure steady growth of export. In order to sustain the international market of China’s export commodities, make export keep grow and develop healthily, effectively enhance of export commodities’international competitiveness from comprehensive aspects, strengthen its competitive advantage with similar commodities in international market is need, and only this can be the right way to push our export area develops healthily.This article writes in such macro background which China’s export gains a good opportunity to adjust itself. On the basis of deeply understanding of our export commodities’international competitiveness advantage, using classical trade competitiveness mode in academic circle for reference, this article comprehensively analysis the international competitiveness situation of export commodities, all aspects evaluate export competitiveness situation, clearly introduce the develop process of export commodities’international competitiveness and estimate its future probable trend.Firstly, this article summarizes relevant literature, widely using foreign and domestic relevant analysis production for reference, definitely demonstrate and define the definition and science meaning of export competitiveness, also selecting several classical theories in combine with reality to assess and deepen this issue. Then, based on diamond model this article select index to construct China’export competitiveness comprehensively assess index system’s structure, decomposing export competitiveness into economy basis, technology level, export level this three stair index to judge, each stair index contain several twain index to compose organic integer. Meanwhile, this article use arrangement analysis method to give each factor in this system one power, to make this index system become a useful instrument which can be used for science process. After demonstration test for this index system, this article firstly well-maven analysis China’s export situation from three aspects of international market occupancy, exporting commodities configuration and trade competitiveness index, then uses the index system comprehensively analyzes China’s current competiveness situation. Meanwhile, this article estimates the export competitiveness develop trend by globosity component numeric model and point out several problems in the export competitiveness.After analysis, this article consider that China’s national macro-economy is the basis and headspring to support export trade, economy basis situation supply with strong impetus for enhance of export level and growing of arrangement. Technology level plays an important role for export competitiveness and is the key factor to guarantee one country grows for big trade country to strong trade country. Industry products RCA index, trade structure and total export volume in export level index show that China’s foreign trade has gained egregiously expansion not only in quantity aspect but also in quality aspect make quiet great progress. But still one point lies that the export section of service trade is still low which means China’s service fields develop comparatively lag behind by other industry departments.In the end, this article raises several policy suggestions based on the analysis and research conclusion for reference.
