Abstract


Since the beginning of the 21st century , more rapid development of network economy , the dotcom bubble of the last century , the network economy and network companies have become increasingly mature . Network enterprises with its unique and efficient , low - cost way of doing business with a huge impact on the traditional enterprise and economic . The same time, there are many differences in network enterprises and traditional enterprises , to assess emerging network of enterprises , traditional valuation methods encounter great difficulties , traditional valuation methods have not adapt to the new economic era network enterprise . Most writings on the value assessment of the network enterprise focused only on certain aspects of the network enterprise valuation , the network enterprise value derived assessed often does not match with the real value of the enterprise . The paper is to explore the contents of the previous existing research on the basis of how to improve the existing network enterprise valuation methods . Start from the characteristics of network enterprises and their sources of value in the analysis of the existing network enterprise evaluation method shortcomings and inadequacies of the network enterprise valuation should be the value of the enterprise as a current value and future value and point of view , and give full consideration to the various internal and external factors that affect the enterprise value assessment , and to this end using fuzzy evaluation method and AHP analysis , the introduction of a reference factor correction network enterprise value assessment results . Finally, an empirical validation of the application of this method .
