Yew, also known as yew, yew, for Taxaceae plants are endangered species of rare plants, known as a \Endophytic fungi refers to a certain stage in the life history of or all of the stages of various tissues of living plants, fungi on plant tissues without causing disease symptoms has been as an important source of active secondary metabolites. Currently, the Taxus endophytic fungus research has become a hot topic in the field of medicine. The test first to use a traditional morphological identification methods, results showed: 20 tested strains were divided into 4 of 20 from the South yew (Taxus chinensis) and Yunnan yew (Taxus yunnanensis) tested strains morphological identification categories, namely Aspergillus genus, black Mortierella genus, the genus Penicillium, Trichoderma. Select seven representatives endophytic fungi, paclitaxel standard reference substance, combination of TLC, UV and HPLC techniques, further study of endogenous fungal metabolites, the results show, EFT Ⅴ -01, EFT Ⅰ -03 secretion paclitaxel or the ability of taxol analogs. The study found metabolites with a certain correlation between the different strains of the same kind of the genus. In order to filter out the better taxol-producing bacteria, related sequences amplified polymorphism (SRAP) molecular marker technique to genetic diversity analysis of the 20 yew endogenous fungal strains. The results showed that: the the 24 pairs srap primers were amplified a 584 with 446 polymorphic bands, polymorphism rate of 76.4%, the molecular weight range of 100 bp to 2000bp similarity coefficient of 0.601 for the threshold, SRAP Marker 20 strains can be divided into four categories, similarity coefficient of 0.921 for the threshold of 20 strains can be further divided into nine categories. The study shows that the Taxus endophytic fungus has a rich genetic diversity, SRAP could be used in Taxus endophytic fungi species and genetic diversity in the kinds of analysis provides a basis for further study of endophytic fungi produce taxol yew. In this paper, the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) transformation and the endophytic fungi extract and mugwort oil on raisins biological in the GC-MS technique, survey yew, in order to obtain more terpene compounds. The results show: transforming substrate raisins alcohol extract target strains EFTV-01, may be producing new compounds: 2,2 - dimethyl octanol, 2,4 - diisopropyl -1,1 - dimethyl - cyclohexane, steroids; mugwort oil transformed the substrate, the target strain EFTV-01 can be transformed into production terpenoids: Diafenthiuron, δ-elemene, δ-cadinene and β-law. ene.
