Determination of the main components , as well as the chemical structure of the flocculant , three kinds of flocculants sugar content of the crude product accounted for 65.4% , 43.2% , and 41.5% of the respective total . Protein content accounted for 15.3% , 35.0% , and 19.8% of the respective total . Indicates that the the three flocculants surface active groups are by infrared spectroscopy flocculant , containing a large number of - OH , -COO - , flocculants are anionic flocculants . The second part of flocculant M-1 study , fibreboard processing wastewater flocculation effect , select the flocculant dosage , stirring speed , flocculation time, stirring time four major factors orthogonal experiment , research shows gt; flocculant dosage size of M-1 degree of flocculation stirring speed gt ; flocculation time gt ; mixing time . Under conditions of alkaline pH (10) , has a good flocculation effect, highest flocculation 94.2 % . The particle size analysis showed the flocculation process particle size presents significant increases . Determination of the Zeta potential of the colloidal particles in suspension , the raw water Zeta potential - 13.3mV , M -1 itself to -23.1 mV , the supernatant after the flocculation treatment of -6.19 mV, to better illustrate the occurrence of flocculation .
