Abstract


Coordination between the environment and the economy are the main concerns for sustainable development and coordinated development has been recognized as the best choice of the relationship between processing economic development and protecting the environment . The Jinhua proposed construction of ecological city's goal , but the reality is not good economic development and environmental protection and well combined , making the economic construction and environmental protection are still prevails mismatch . Therefore, the study environment and economic development of Jinhua City urgent practical significance . This article is based on the above background , with the help of Excel and SPSS software , the use of environmental economics, the theory of sustainable development , ecological economics and environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis , multi-angle, multi-disciplinary, systematic assessment of 1998-2007 in Jinhua City environment and coordinated economic development situation and the coordinated development of countermeasures based on the evaluation results , to provide a reference for the the Jinhua environment and economic development . The content of this paper include: (1) Jinhua Environmental Kuznets Curve verification analysis ; (2) Jinhua City , the environment and the economy coordinated development evaluation index system, models and methods ; (3) the Jinhua environment , economic , and environmental and economic coordinated development of comprehensive evaluation and analysis ; (4) Jinhua City, the environment and the economy the coordinated development of countermeasures . The main conclusions of this paper are: (1 ) the use of environmental Kuznets curve reveals the Jinhua City industrial \These characteristics and typical environmental Kuznets curve that is inconsistent with the inverted U-shaped . (2 ) 1998-2007 Jinhua environment and the economy as a whole has improved, but the degree of coordination show a downward trend . (3) Jinhua 1998-2007 Environment and coordinated economic development situation in general upward trend .
