Abstract


With the sustainable development of the industry in the country and carry out the requirements of the overall development of Xi'an, Xi'an ecological construction of small towns is imperative. But in general, economic development and environmental protection are always contradictory, many small towns are based on the cost of environmental damage. How to achieve economic development, as far as possible to maintain quality of the environment, so the environment and economy to achieve coordinated development of small towns becomes the current ecological problems to be solved urgently. In this paper, analysis and examples of common sense reasoning method, based on the theory of sustainable development, ecology theory and the theory of circular economy in Xi'an three parts of the domain model ecological construction of small towns to be explored. Application of cleaner production, industrial ecology principles to build ecological towns, small towns and then summed ecological model of development. Its main contents include the following: First, should proceed from the industrial pattern, industry is the economic foundation of the development of small towns, the best model of industrial development is the establishment of cleaner industrial park, recycling of resources, to ensure the coordinated development of economy and environment. Once again, three focus on spatial development patterns, one industrial park focused; two population to the urban concentration; Third, land to large-scale centralized management. Finally, create a distinctive green space system, the formation of the overall layout of water, forest, park, city in one of the eco-green mode. In this paper, based on the theory and practice come to the following: (1) small towns summing ecological theory and construction experience at home and abroad on the basis of a systematic study and explore the small towns and ecological planning principles. Analysis of ecological industrial development model of small towns, as well as green space form mode mode, trying to industrial development, land and construction of ecological greening three areas of small towns the best choice. (2) According to urban location, resources, and other factors on the pillar industries in Xi'an domain classification of small towns, and that the construction of small towns in Xi'an domain eco There are four modes to choose from: First, eco-industrial park restoration schema; two ecological agro-ecological green-pattern; Third ecotourism green forest protection mode; four ecological services ecological corridors schema. (3) in Lintong District Xinfeng case analysis, from the industrial model, agriculture, settlement patterns, green mode four aspects of empirical research, build out its development model are: the establishment of cleaner industrial park industrial model; ecological suburbs green agriculture and forest crop husbandry and eco-agricultural model; concentrate on building eco-settlement patterns and green mode.
