The test study the chitosan degradation goats, ruminal fermentation and growth performance, and provide a theoretical basis for the application of chitosan in the actual production of ruminants. This study is divided into the following four tests: the test: rumen nylon bag method chitosan degradation rate in the rumen installed three permanent rumen fistula healthy castrated goats as experimental animals by in vivo nylon bag method, Determination of dry matter degradation rate of chitosan, the nitrogen dissolved failure rate and the degree of deacetylation of chitosan in the rumen changes. The results show that: Chitosan is a slight degradation in the rumen the 6h dry matter degradation rate of 1.11%, but with time, the quality of the material within the nylon bag, nitrogen content and degree of deacetylation increasing more than the initial value. Test II: small intestine lyophilized powder Determination Chitosan digestibility in the small intestine of goat installed three permanent ruminal health castrated goat as experimental animals, through the small intestine in vitro lyophilized powder method, determination of chitosan sugar degradation rate of dry matter, nitrogen dissolved loss rate and degree of deacetylation of chitosan in the small intestine of goat changes. The results showed that: a slight degradation of chitosan in the small intestine of the goat, but with time, the nitrogen content and degree of deacetylation of the small intestine substances is increasing, and more than the initial value. Test: application vitro gas production of chitosan on rumen fermentation vitro gas production simulation of rumen fermentation, 24h in vitro by measuring the cumulative gas production, the rate of degradation of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and bacterial nitrogen content, research Add the impact of different levels of chitosan on rumen fermentation. Test design using single factor, the level of chitosan add 0,0.03%, 0.06%, 0.09% and 0.12%, four replicates of each level. The results show that chitosan can promote rumen fermentation, microbial protein synthesis and increased cellulolytic. Goat diets under the test conditions, the optimum dosage of 0.09% to 0.12% chitosan. Test: chitosan on the growth performance of goats were selected and 12 healthy black goats (average weight of 20 ± 2.38 kg), were randomly divided into three groups, each group of four, the level of chitosan Add 0 , 0.09% and 0.18%, tests were carried out 70 days (pre-feeding period of 14 days, 56 days trial period). Respectively measured 1 day and 56-day period in the positive feed Goats, record daily feed intake. The results show that: Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio (P gt; 0.05). Under the conditions of the test, the chitosan goat diets not exhibit growth-promoting effect.
