Abstract


Aim to evaluate methods of diagnosis and treatment of early stage and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction with mechanical complications.Method to analysis the clinical information of eight patients of acute myocardial infarction with mechanical complications in the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated medical college of Zhe Jian University from the January 2005 to the February 2011.Result Among this period 850 patients is acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation.One of which is rupture of the free wall of left ventricular. One of which is fracture of papillary muscular tendon of mitral,the incidence 0.94%,5 male 3 female.5 hypertension,1 diabetic mellitus,1 hypertension and diabetic mellitus, Eight patient were revealed at least 2 vessel lesion by coronary angiography,.Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction with mechanical complications is a rare but life -threatening disease conventional drug therapy is not initial choice,we should create actively the opportunities and take the operation,which can significantly improve the outcome and life.
