Abstract


Objective: To discuss the 68 cases of type 2 diabetes emergency surgery anesthesia management , summed up the characteristics and emergency anesthetic complications of diabetes treatment experience. Methods : Retrospective analysis of 68 cases in our hospital for emergency surgery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus anesthesia, patients were analyzed and summarized display complications. Results: The preoperative anesthesia complications after surgery significantly improve or even disappear after 58 cases of safety and back wards, nine cases sent to the ICU for monitoring, 1 patient died. Conclusion : Type 2 diabetes patients emergency surgery, the anesthesiologist should be closely monitored blood glucose and changes in vital signs , and actively deal with complications , so that patients have a good outcome.
