Abstract

Objectives: To detect the concentration of TNF-αand sTNFRI in patients with ACS, to study the effects of TNF-αand sTNFRI in the diagnosis and the prognosis in 6 months of ACS, and to estimate which one is better.Menthods: 20 healthy persons and 41 patients with ACS were selected, including 23 AMI patients, 18 UAP patients. And 20 SAP patients were also included. ELISA was used to detect the concentration of TNF-αand double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the concentration of sTNFRI. SPSS11.0 was used to analyse the data . Patients were traced for 6 months, so that their prognosis in the nere future were kept down. Results: (1) The concentration of TNF-αand sTNFRI in patients with ACS are both higher than that of healthy persons and SAP(P<0.05). The concentration of TNF-αin AMI patients is higher than that of UAP patients (P<0.05).(2) sTNFRI, TNFαboth have relation with the prognosis of ACS patients, but sTNFRI is more reliable than TNF-α. Conclusions: TNF-αand sTNFRI both increase in ACS patients. So they maybe be helpful in the diagnosis of ACS. sTNFRI maybe be reliable in pronosis of ACS patients in a short period.
