With the accelerated pace of scientific progress and human life, physical and mental health problems have gradually become the focus of attention of the society. Today's health problems not only including inflammation, cancer, and other organ diseases, including depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses. Sub-health has become a major threat to human health, disease, and by the unprecedented attention. Humans began to consider how to adjust their own physical and mental state, to avoid serious disease. Needed a simple and effective method of training, release the pressure, psychological adjustment, physiological state. Today's more popular methods such as yoga, meditation, but they branch heterogeneous wide variety of methods, the regulation technology used cross each other, are not easily distinguishable. Therefore, this article focus on the a single breathing regulator and contains a variety of recognized adjust the overall physical and mental adjustment method, these two methods of physiological indicators of change. In this paper, two kinds of instruments were used, and three independent experiments to study the physiological changes in the body regulate. From a simple adjustment method - breathing regulator to start exploring the impact of short-term respiratory training on human physiology.
